Listing lifecycle metrics come from `Marketplace.Listings` plus `Marketplace.ListingArchives`. Sold-item counts, sold jade, and buyer counts come from buyer marketplace purchase rows in `Economy.FinishedTransactions`, grouped by `FinishedAt`.
Fees are derived from `Marketplace.ProjectFees` and applied directly to sold listing GMV for each project.
One jade is currently treated as $0.02. Median time to sale is measured from `Created` to `SaleDate` for listings that actually sold in the window.
This page reads from Neon reporting facts when the selected range has already been synced, and falls back to live MariaDB when it does not.
Reporting facts do not fully cover this range yet.
